DOCUMENTARY FILMMAKING COURSE AND WORKSHOP | U.S. EMBASSY, NAIROBI
Stories Found: Nairobi is a four week filmmaking masterclass designed for youth in the Nairobi area interested in pursuing careers in documentary filmmaking. Over the course of the class, filmmakers from Great Wild & Co. will lead participants in an intensive online curriculum that teaches filmmaking fundamentals and techniques. During the fourth and final week, participants will work in teams to create their own short film (3-5 min. max) under the instruction of three documentary filmmakers.
The workshop culminates in participants submitting their shorts for critique by a panel of professional documentary filmmakers. One film will be selected to screen at an international film festival.
